We evaluate, appraise, set up and price items. During that process, we also separate and dispose items that are unsellable. We catalog or create an inventory if needed. Additionally, certain valuable items are placed in auctions. Other services include advertising and marketing, staffing of sales, donations, arranging, clearing of the property, garage and surrounding yard, cleaning the house, providing a list of items sold and delivering a cashiers check.
